My Easy Pasta Bake
2 1/2 cups of any small pasta (rotini, ziti, spirals)
Pasta sauce - whatever you prefer - I used one with sausage in this picture
Boil the noodles, but under cook them by about 2 minutes.
Warm the sauce in a saucepan. After you drain the noodles, pour them into an 8x8 baking dish. When the sauce is warm add a couple big spoons of ricotta cheese right to the pan so it melts into the sauce, stir it. Pour the meat and sauce over the noodles and stir it up until it's all coated. Top off with grated mozarella cheese. Put in a 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes.
