Our First Bike Commute!

For my birthday, we invested in a Yipp bike seat and a Public bike, both of which I love. This was our first day of bicycle commuting, and if Uli's noises were any indication (there was a near constant "wheeeeeeeee!" as we rode the two miles to the nannyshare house this morning), this is a vast improvement over driving. Not to mention that I feel so much better than I do when I drive! It's another mile to the train station after I drop Uli off, so it's a nice, brisk way to start the morning. I'm hoping this is the beginning of a much more active weekday schedule for us.
