Big Hiccup: Snacking Way Too Much!
I need some advice guys! So I love the idea of bringing lunch to work, and I've been doing great on it so far. But for some reason, I end up snacking on whatever is available in the office kitchen. Goldfish crackers, pretzel mix — you name it. I just keep munching and munching away! I get the munchies because I get pretty hungry. I'm not sure why that is because I pack quite a decent-size portion. What do I do?
