Peanut Butter & Honey Ice Cream
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 cups half-and-half
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup honey
Mix peanut butter and sugar using an electric mixer. Pour in the half-and-half and vanilla, continue mixing about 3 minutes, until mixture is very creamy.
Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s directions. Once custard has set, drizzle in ice cream with the machine running to create ribbons of honey throughout the ice cream.
