Pepper Vinegar

This is great on fish, fries and with olive oil in salad dressing

Pepper Vinegar


1 1/8 cup water
6 Tablespoons white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 jalapeno peppers chopped


in a pan over high heat combine water, vinegar, cayenne, and salt when boiling add jalapenos and remove from heat. refrigerate for 12 hours and serve cold or room temp
