I have had green and white asparagus and now purple. Purple is a little irony and earthy in flavor. I only sauteed it in the little olive oil with a dash salt, fresh produce doesn't need that much anyway!
hey girla, I think price wise I will stick with green and because I love that irony and earthy flavor! But for a dinner party or something to wow some guests I think the purple is pretty fun!
