Crawfish Boil

I went to my first crawfish boil, lots of fun and tons of tasty food! I would still contend the crawfish were delicious plain, however, a baked potato and corn on the cob could have definitely used some butter. These delicious crusteans are some work but well worth the effort.

I'm off to Ilseton, CA (Bay Delta area) for their crawfish festival........!!!!!!!!!

The potato and corn should have been boiled with the crawfish. Trust me, if it's done properly, no butter needed (and you would never call the potato baked!). I love crawfish boils, but don't eat the crawfish - just the corn and potatoes...and lots of beer.
