Pink Champagne and Raspberry Cupcakes
Since it is breast cancer awareness month, I wanted to come up with something special. This is my Pink Champagne and Raspberry Cupcakes.
1 box white cake mix
1 1/2 cups pink champagne (it doesn't need to be expensive)
2 Tbs oil
1 box raspberry Jell-o
Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Fill 2 lined cupcake pans and bake at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes.
I made a basic cream cheese frosting, added pink food color and a few raspberries (which crush up and disperse nicely with the mixer)
