Poached Eggs with Duck Breast on Greens
This weekend my friend was published in the New York Times. To celebrate we headed to Foreign Cinema for brunch. While there we drank mimosas and I was subjected to one of the best brunch dishes I've ever eaten.
Poached Eggs with Duck Breast, Greens, some sort of sweet currant like things and a lot of deliciousness. If only there had been bread to sop up all the sauce the runny yolks created.
