Polenta + Poached Egg + Edible Flower = Heaven On A Plate
I really have to work on my skills as a food photographer because this picture does not do this AMAZING dish justice. I was on a date with my bff Emily and we went to a wine tasting at Della Fattoria. The polenta was super creamy and topped with a poached egg, fresh asparagus, slivers of prosciutto, edible flowers, and a panko breadcrumb crust around the edge of the plate. It was to die for.
