Everything should be in the past tense! You say "directed" and then "analyze". keep this consistent.

The format looks really great, but it doesn't seem that it would work for big companies who scan resumes for their databases.

I know it's a small detail, but I would take out the line that says "References Available Upon Request." I think it's unnecessary to put this in and it just takes up space.
