Pumpkin Protein Pancakes
- 1/4 C pancake mix (I used Trader Joe's Pumpkin Pancake and Waffle mix)
- 1/4 C rolled oats
- 1 egg
- 1 T protein powder ( I used chocolate)
- 2 T milk (I used vanilla almond milk)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and cook on a griddle or in a frying pan.
