Pumpkin Puree

During a recent visit to the local supermarket they had a special offer on pumpkins. Usually we just about manage to get through one pumpkin before feeling "pumpkin-ed out", so I'm not sure what I was thinking of when I bought two! I decided to make fresh pumpkin puree out of the the extra pumpkin and freeze it for use in future experiments.
