The Queen Scallop

I call this the queen scallop simply because of the electric blue scallop petal shorts from Nastygal. When I realized that I had a pair of zipper blue booties from Charlotte Russe that would go perfectly with these shorts, the rest of the look was a no-brainer. The Tobi honey punched Kiera top drapes wonderfully, and adds a touch of creative appeal with the triangular cut out.
