Question, Let me ask you this: Boob job Yay or Nay

I have recently stopped nursing my second child and am very distraught about how my cleavage has mysteriously disappeared. I just read an article in Cookie that suggested the majority of breast implantees are actually "recovering" mothers. I can't seem to find a non-surgical solution besides a push-up bra. Would you ever consider having cosmetic surgery on your breast (lift or implants)?

Yeah, I am not down with implants personally - but the lift was looking good. For now I'm back to those excercises from "Are you there God, It's Me Margaret" (we must, we must, we must increase our bust)

i wouldnt get a boob job, the thought of putting something in me doesnt sit well. i would maybe consider a lift but i'll wait and see..until the i'll enjoy my perkiness:)_

P.S.: don't bargain shop with your body. You don't have to get an overpriced plastic surgeon, but get one whose credentials are all there with happy patients who doesn't spew a lot of hot air. They should be realistic. You should have complete faith in them. Go to sites for women who have had the procedure and spend a good amount of time learning as much as possible.

I was thinking about getting boobies, but i'm still undecided. Implants do not cause breast cancer kh312.

You dont necessarilly have to lose volume if you go for lift. And you dont have to have an anchor scar either. There are other "cuts" depending on the degree of ptosis (droop :-P ) Here's an informative website: http://www.breastlift4you.com Good luck

i wouldn't get a boob job as it increases the possibility of breast cancer which seems to be hereditary in my family.my grandma had it and my mom had it and they both passed away from it.

Yuck to the scar and losing the little bit of size I have :cry: The lift was looking like an option...now maybe not...

Speaking from a woman who lost all identifying bodily features after giving birth...I can say that my boobs have too lost their buoyancy. They used to stand at attention, now they just sorta lie there...sad. So... I would get a lift in a minute...I mean, if someone came and handed me enough money, I would be in a hospital gown with a plastic cap on faster than you can say silicone, but I wouldn't get implants. Now that, I draw the line at. It would be nice if enough for a tummy tuck came with it, but I can live with stretch marks. Connect the dots...la la la la!

You can get a lift without implants, but you will lose size. You will also have a big scar that looks like a boat anchor.

My understanding (limited as it is) is that you can get them lifted without having them enlarged. I am small and I don't mind being small, but I have always been perky. Now...not so much...

I am all for whatever makes you feel better about yourself. My question is... can you get a breast lift without implants? I know nothing about this because I've never looked in to it. So, if it is then I would without a doubt get the lift... I wouldn't want to get bigger so implants wouldn't be my thing.
