Hi! I am new to this website so I am not sure if I am in the right place! = ) I recently thought of this recipe while starting a new diet and it just sounded good. It's not some gourmet thing, its just something quick and easy that I thought of that sounded good.. = ) I hope someone else enjoys it because it is reeeeally good.. lol
I cooked the chicken tenderloin in lemon pepper seasoning and garlic salt, cut it in bite size pieces and put it in a bowl, then I cut the tomato into chunks (bite size) and added that to the chicken. Then added a table spoon or two of sour cream and salsa, sprinkled shredded cheese on top, mixed it around and man was it good!
See, I told you it was easy and nothing special.. Just really good.. lol
