Over the Christmas break, the local supermarket had a deal on puff pastry. I had originally bought it with the intention of showing my sister-in-law how to make some cinnamon straws but never got round to it. One night neither my mum and I could not be bothered to cook after a long day shopping so I decided to make a quick savoury tart.
