Structured slouch

The moment I saw slouchy sweaters and loose knits pop up in editorials and blogs, I became obsessed with their effortless wear-ability and alluring heavy hang. The way the back scoops down past the nape of the neck and the open fabric makes it perfectly justifiable to wear in the heat were all factors when it came to picking out this top. On my last day at home before returning to the real world of work and bills I opted for a comfortable outfit that paired a structured classic (raided from my mom's closet) with a rather shapless knit. After adding cuffed jeans and nude sandals the look felt perfect for a little trip out in public without risking looking like I had been lounging inside all day.
