And I don't see what's so odd about ketchup on pizza when it's made out of tomatoes just like the base that normally goes on pizza.
ummm.no...the oddest pizza i had was at a restaurant i worked for...one was a chicken club and the other was a BLT..same concept but one had chicken..basically it was a crust with a thin melted cheese base and then when it comes out..they top it with shredded lettuce, tomato, and bacon in like a creamy dressing...frickin awesome...

It's amazing! Used to get it an the Village Tavern in Charlotte. It's by far my favorite pizza and is pretty easy to duplicate at home. Had to import the French's mustard too of course.
