Sweet ‘N Sour Green Smoothie


Yield: Two 12 oz. servings | Prep Time: 5 minA sweet ‘n sour smoothie, combining antioxidant-rich, fiber-filled, and super detoxing cranberries and blueberries, with dark leafy greens and a whole bunch of other stuff to give your internal plumbing a bit of a kick start.
INGREDIENTS* = good source of fiberUse organic ingredients when possible

  • ½ cup ice
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen cranberries *
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries *
  • ½ cup baby spinach *
  • ½ cup chopped romaine *
  • ½ banana *
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt *
  • 1 tbsp. almond butter *
  • 1 tbsp. chia seed *
  • 1 tbsp. virgin coconut oil
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. psyllium husk (optional) *
  • 1 – 2 drops of pure liquid stevia (optional)
