Will Switching to Mineral Makeup Sacrifice Coverage?

My skin is pretty sensitive, and admittedly prone to break outs. The benefits of mineral-based makeup sounds appealing, but I am wondering if I will sacrifice coverage? I want to feel like I have the perfect amount of coverage, but am not a fan of pore clogging products. What are your experiences with mineral makeup?

Ive often wondered this as well. I too have sensitive skin, and I am prone to breakouts when it comes to some makeup products. I have dry skin on top of it, so i've stayed away from mineral makeup.

Actually, a lot of mineral make up is full coverage. I love Laura Mercier and Korres. They both offer soft, luminous coverage. Also, Glo Minerals and Bare Escentuals offer absolutely full coverage. i don't think you'll be disappointed. Just make sure that you have very hydrated skin as most mineral make up does not have a binder to stick it to your skin. The more hydrated you are, the better it will look. Also, if you like a liquid, there are a ton of natural brands who offer a mineral based liquid option. Tarte, Josie Maran, Korres, MAC. All excellent brands if you still feel like you want a liquid.
