Taro Baked "Chips"
Taro Baked ChipsLevel: EasyServes: 2-31 lg Taro, peeled and sliced1/2 tsp salt substitute1Tbsp Spanish olive oilPre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Wash, peel and slice Taro root into 1/4 inch thick slices. Brush olive oil on each side of Taro slices. Place each chip (separately arranged) on a non-stick 1-2 inch deep cookie sheet.
