aweston, I actually bought these at a restaurant. But I guess you could make it on your own. I know Trader Joe's sells korean-style ribs, so I would cook those up. Cut up the meat, heat up tacos top with kimchi and lettuce. Serve with a lime and viola! Hope that helps and let me know if you give it a try!
