A Temporary Door Swag

Since we hadn't gotten our tree yet, last Thursday I made a temporary door decoration using some old craft supplies. I used a bird-printed toile that I twisted around some wire-stemmed craft leftovers (I'm not sure what these are . . .  little berries? grapes? I am at a loss). I'm also glad to get these out of the house, because our puppy finds them to be really tasty, and I am tired of chasing him around and rescuing them from his little jaws (and his little tummy from them).

 

They look nice enough, but tonight I'm using the leftover bottom branches from our holiday tree to make an even better swag for our door. Are you making a wreath or swag for your front door?
