Toddler Snack - Broccoli and Cheese Balls
I concocted these and they are tasty. For "proof" see below. ;) I also freeze them.
3 cups cooked broccoli, pureed
~1.5 cups shredded cheddar
~1.5 cups wheat germ (add more if too wet)
1 egg beaten
1 Tbsp ground flax
Mix all ingredients together and dropped on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cook at 350 for 20 minutes or until egg is cooked.
