Well folks, we've finally entered the performance section of American Idol with the top 12 ladies taking their turn first. I was all geared up since the women are particularly strong this season, but I have to admit I was disappointed. Most of the girls played it safe, which means there weren't many standout numbers — good or bad. Time to get into my musings and make your predictions!
Katie and Katelynn have the best voices by far. Bowersox is, just like Simon said, like 10,000 other girls singing at the subway.
Ellen is an awkward and horrible judge. I love her but Idol is not the place for her. She brings nothing to the table
My top four from last night were Lilly, Didi (I think the judges were too harsh on her), Crystal, and Katelyn. I think Michelle did really well, too, I just think it was a little boring. And, although I wasn't that impressed, I think Katie and Siobhan will make it through. I think any of the other five could be in the bottom three, but, if people vote based on last night, I think the bottom three will be Ashley, Haeley, and Lacey, with Haeley and Lacey going home.
