Top Raman Chicken Salad

This is a really easy salad to make, and it's delicious! To save time, I usually just buy a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store and shred it up.

Top Raman Chicken Salad


2 c. chicken, cut up
1 small or 1/2 head of cabbage, sliced into ribbons
2-3 green onions, sliced
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 package top raman noodles, broken up (any flavor will do)
3 carrots, shredded
1 green pepper, sliced
1 yellow pepper, sliced

2 T sugar
1/4 c. oil (I usually use olive oil, but it's really up to you)
5 T white vinegar
1 T sherry vinegar
dash of garlic powder
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
flavoring from the Top Raman package (again, any flavor will do; I usually use shrimp)


Cut up all salad ingredients except noodles and mix together. Combine dressing and mix with the salad. Add the noodles just before serving.
