Turkey Sausage Stuffed Portobellos

These yummy turkey sausage stuffed portobello mushrooms are a delicious and quick summertime meal.  The veggies included add some added vitamins and minerals, and the tomato and white wine sauce make the dish finger-lickin' good!  This goes very nicely with an earthy red wine.
