Two Cups Are Better Than One


My afternoon snack of the week: fresh fruit topped with pepitas (pumpkin seeds). A green smoothie on the side. Hoping all this fruity goodness will kick the cold out of my system!

The meal looks delicious and a wonderful way to load on antioxidants/a** kicking cold busters. ;) I find drinking a min. 4 cups of green tea, taking a bit of elderberry extract and using a netti pot (or a facial steamer/pot of hot water and a towel) also aid in flushing a sickness faster. Wish you well!
