Vegan Chocolate Pudding


SO EASY, creamy, delicious and totally dairy free.
Serves 4:
1 box silken tofu
6 ounces semi sweet chocolate
1/2 tsp cinnamon
dash or two of cayenne pepper
Melt the chocolate over low heat then pour into a blender. Add in the remaining ingredients into a blender and blend, scraping down the sides. Once combined, pour into ramekins (or tupperware!) and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
