Love the look, I think for a glam night out...contour cheeks with a bit of MAC cheek colour in Hush...you have beautiful eyes, any eye makeup will look great on them.
BeachBarbie. I am pretty sure we're twins! Only born in a different generation lol.
thakns for all those tips! :]
i will def heed ur advice.
and i am going to try the pink look soon, I've been thinking abt that anyway :)
Oh, and how old r u anyways?
I love your long hair, but you know that already. :) I love your eye makeup, too. Fabulous job! It's very close to how I wear mine, for everyday purposes...actually, for that matter, even when I go out at night (really your look is more like my night time look and my day look is a lighter version). The one thing I do different is add a baby pink color; I blend it into the top part of the brown eyeshadow area and a bit all over brown shade. The pink softens the look for me. (I love this in matte shades.) Also, I usually use a cool shade of chocolate brown (it looks like your's).
I also do a grey version (where the brown eyeshadow is placed...I put a dark charcoal grey) and a white-ish color on the lid (instead of a white/beige when I do my chocolate brown look...since white is a cooler color & beige is a warmer color.)...& I keep my brow bone highlighted in a little lighter shade. Next, I blend a pink rosy color (medium pink) into my grey color, to the upper part of the grey and a little over the grey..yet keeping the brow bone highlighted & the lid area very light...like I already mentioned. (I've had a few glasses of wine. :cocktail )
I call both looks "doe eyes", because it makes your eyes look really big and innocent looking. Oh, and the eyeliner I use is black, and then smudged, on my upper lash line. I put that on my entire upper lid and only half way (from outer corner of eye) to the middle, on my lower lash line (like yours above)...or I don't use any eyeliner on my lower lash line at all. (Doing the eyeliner halfway through on the lower lash line also, makes your eyes look extra large...if that's the look you're going for. I apologize that I rambled on. I just got excited because, like I told you before, you remind me of a younger version of myself. :D (But, you're much prettier.) So it's really cool to see the similarities of our eye makeup. I would post a picture of mine...but my digi camera is still broken. :( Thanks so much for sharing, sweetie.
P.S. Check out CCee's blogs (she's also has an onSugar blog she does...if you need the link just gb or pm me.) Her makeup skills are incredible, and some are fabulous looks for the adventurous younger ladies! :D
Sorry I didnt post my products:
On the face is Loreal True Match, followed by Victoria's Secret Very Sexy Finishing Duo, I used MAC Powder Bronzer to contour, and MAC Powder Blush in Honour to highlight.
On the eyes I used my Mary Kay Concealer as the base, and covered the inner corners with Victoria's Secret Beauty Rush eyeshadow in Glow Nude. I then used MAC eyeshadow in Blacktied to smoke it up, and an Elizabeth Arden eye pencil. I used Loreal Featherlash Mascara on my lashes, but they dont look too great!
You did a fabulous job. I love it.
Can any policy, however high minded, be moral if it leads to widespread corruption, imprisons so many, has so racist an effect, destroys our inner cities, wreaks havoc on misguided & vulnerable individuals and brings death and destruction to foreign countries?
Victoria Beckham Look of My Own
Here is my version.
