Week 6 - Progress Report
Unfortunately, due to my busy schedule, and frankly lack of motivation, I've been majorly slacking. Since today's the first day of Lent, I'm giving up not working out for 40 days (and no I'm not religious in any way). I've already gone running at the gym (Day 1 of the Couch to 5K program), did some push-ups (Day 1 from the 100 push-ups in six weeks program) and some strength moves based on a magazine pull-out. Hopefully, I'll be able to keep up my progress. On the diet front, I've only slipped twice since giving up soda on the new year. Yay! I am also giving up fast food as part of Lent, which will be hard considering my law school/no money lifestyle, but I'm willing to work at it for the sake of my too tight fat jeans, and lack of a new wardrobe budget.
