1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup skim milk
1 (6 oz) container vanilla or lemon low fat yogurt
Honey, optional


1. In a blender, place blueberries, milk and yogurt. Cover and blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth. Sweeten to taste with honey if desired. 2.
