Weight Watchers Blueberry Smoothie
Delicious and Healthy Weight Watchers Points Plus Blueberry Smoothie and Only 4 Points Plus Per Serving.
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup skim milk
1 (6 oz) container vanilla or lemon low fat yogurt
1. In a blender, place blueberries, milk and yogurt.
Cover and blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
Sweeten to taste with honey if desired.
2. Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
