What is your opinion of cheerleaders?

Jezebel.com (my other favorite website) re-posted a commentary from the football blog With Leather about the new Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader Barbies, a racial-diverse if not cellulite-challenged set of dolls from Mattel.

I love football and don't give much thought to the cheerleaders. College and High School cheerleaders are cool, but the pro cheerleaders are too sexy.

I think the college cheerleaders add to the atmosphere of the game and actually root for the team but the pro ones just dance around so I think they're a bit senseless. I don't have any problem with them. I know the NFL cheerleaders do a lot of good in communities. The competitive ones are very athletic.

I personnally have no problem with cheerleaders, but do you see how skinny those barbies are??? They're skinnier than the actual cheerleaders! That's just ridiculous.
