I use natural shampoos/conditioners. So far the two brands I have tried (JustNatural and Dr. Hauschka) I love. Though I plan to try other natural brands soon, since I love new products. :P
i dont use any drugstore brand, i go to school for cosmetology and i have learned that anything you can buy from any chain stores or pharmacies is bad for your hair, nothing will ever repair split ends no matter how much it claims, it just temporarily bonds it together and most shampoos and conditioners are filled with ingredients that are bad for your hair including silicones and alcohols. usually anything you can buy in a salon is good, i absolutely love TIGI Catwalk Headshot shampoo and conditioner! It smells sorta minty, and it makes your head tingle and its a good moisturinzing and hydrating product. If you have curly hair i recommend their Curls Rock line, its amazing. I also recommend the Some Like It Hot Serum to protect against hot tools and flat iron damage and humidity. And for straightening i use after party, dumb blonde smoothing stuff, sperstar blowdry lotion and flat iron protector, brunette goddess for shine, and lstly queen for a day root lifter... i use a GHD flat iron is the best, its got technology that senses how fast the heat goes thru your hair and self adjusts to i. I hope that helps you. even tho you asked just for shampoo, i saw other comment about products and i just thought id share my experiences. =)
I love Pureology shampoo, conditioner and leave-in conditioner (in the pink bottles.
I also really like Aveda shampoo, conditioner, (in Blue Malva), and the phomalliant (sp)
TIGI Oatmeal Shampoo (Clear bottle light blue shampoo & pump) and the conditioner (Clear bottle, light blue conditioner & pump. I believe the shampoo is the same color. I'm out.)
Big and Sexy Hair Spray (Giant Red bottle, black cap)
Believe it or not - Redken Extreme Iron Treatment (goes on after you slightly dry your clean hair...and it holds your style and protects hair from heating products.)
At the moment, I'm using some sort of volumizing foam...and I haven't used it enough to say whether it's good or bad. It's def not bad. I would have to go upstairs to look at the name of it. (I'll report back if it's awesome.)
Oh, and there's this fantastic leave-in conditioner that I can't remember the name of at the moment. :headsmack: It works miracles.
(I'll come back and let you know what it is.
That's all that comes to mind so far. :)
I like Creme of Nature professional moisturizing formula for dry hair to shampoo my relaxed hair, I am still looking for a good conditioner. For styling products, I like, no LOVE Ashea hair food and leave in conditioner.
To be more specific, I like...
TreSemme Shampoo for dry and damaged hair
Ojon Rejuvenating Conditioner
Frederic Fekkai Glossing Creme (I really want to try the curl creme. Has anyone here tried the curl creme?)
The Carol's Daughters Styling Products
The TIGI Catwalk Styling Products
OOOh!! I am THE hair product junkies! I would say.. Biolage by Matrix, Frederic Fekkai, Kerastase, Philosophy and Fresh (just to name a few). AMAZING brand for shampoo/conditioner.
Just counting hair products, my shower currently has Garnier, Herbal Essences, Pantene, John Frieda, Jioco, Biologe, Paul Mitchell, Kronos and Neutrogena. I guess I collected a lot of different brands without realizing it, so I'm trying to use what I have for now. It's hard because I already want to buy other ones lol.
I use the huge gallons of Sally's Beauty Supply almond honey shampoo and conditioner alternating with Head and Shoulders restoring shine. So , none of these! Although I do like Herbal Essences and Sunsilk a lot!
Ojon, Frederic Fekkai, Garnier Fructis.
Happiness is not, except in very rare cases, that drops into the mouth like a ripe fruit.Happiness must be,for most men and women,an achievement rather than a gift of the gods, and in this achievement, effort, both inward and outward, must play a great part.
Which hair care products do you prefer?
Which brand are your shampoo and conditioners? I like Garnier and Herbal Essences
