When I made the Chocolate, Hazelnut & Orange Biscotti a couple of weeks ago, I had some of the roasted hazelnuts left over. So I decided to bake some White Chocolate & Roasted Hazelnut Cookies. This recipe is a adaptation of one from The Hummingbird Bakery Cookbook.
