I think it looks better on Kim, it drapes accross her body well. On Rebecca it looks like a dress for a hostess in Vegas.

I think Rebecca only because she fills it out better... but I agree, they both look 'not so good'.

Both dresses are pretty ugly in my opinion, but if I had to choose, I'd say Kim. The bow looks better tied loosley, and the dress flowy.
