hello everyone. i created this group bc a couple of people & i wanted to help each other stay motivated to work out. i personally need to be held accountable & this is one way i can do it. join up & post away if you think this will help you stay on the healthy track. i don't care if you talk about that 3 miles you ran (i WISH i could do that) or how proud you are that you had carrot sticks as a bedtime snack or how disappointed you are that you had a hot fudge sundae. it always helps me to write about it. i hope this can help some of ya'll too. good luck!
