I want to do yoga, but it looks so hard! How do you not fall on your face? I need to find a good beginners class.

Kevindineen - I'm so excited about Spring too. Look at that amazingly blue sky. I do this pose before running to warm up my hips and it feels so good to do it afterwards to stretch out my tired hamstrings. Thanks for sharing your pics. You've motivated me to go for a Spring run too!
