A good navy blue nail polish?

oookay, so ive been looking around everywhere for a navy blue nail polish ive seen on a friend of mine, It looked perfect...it was a kind of dull navy blue color and didnt have any shine to it. All of the nail polishes I find seem to be streaky and too shiny. Maybe something like this:

I totally agree with you on not splurging on nail colors, but when it come to the blue color, Blue Satin is worth the splurge (IMO)! Because the color is just oopmh!!

I've been DYING to get Chanel Blue Satin, but I refuse to spend for nail polish (somehow, splurging for foundation and such is fine, but I can't justify nail polish!). I actually found a a substitute made by NYC called Skintight Blue Denim. It's a bit more "blue" and has less depth than the Chanel polish, but for fifty cents (CVS was having a sale!), you can't go wrong!

Please post photos once you find one! I'm on the prowl for a Blue Satin knockoff - I adore the colour, the finish... a great navy look so classy, without being stuffy or overdone!

okay so when i looked up the OPI Russian Navy, it brought up that same picture that i posted. So Thank You! im def going to get that one. And I'm going to try to get the Rimmel thanks everyone!

I think OPI Yoga-ta Get This Blue (from the India collection) is more matte. Sorry, I don't know how to link stuff to comments.
