I am a 33 year old Pilates and Yoga Instructor based out of San Francisco. When I am not at the studio, I'm at home chasing after my two daughters and my dog, Bonnie. As a family we are always outside exploring and enjoying life, but as a working mother I love finding a few minutes for myself to meditate, read, hit up my favorite health food store . . . anything alone feels like a mini-vacation!
