I have been on a revamp of lifestyle since May of 2008....I lost about 60 pounds...I keep teeter tottering but haven't met my goal yet so I am finally--after holidays and what not--going to buckle down and get to business.
My mom and I were looking into signing up for Weight Watchers and I was just curious about success stories.
I am trying to cut out white flours, pastas and basically everything in the bread category for the most part.
I am really trying to get my arms toned...I have a set of 8 pound weights, 2 pounds and 3 pounds...I keep looking on the internet but im not finding a good workout routine.
