Over the last three years I've slowly but surely gained at least 20lbs. I'm ready to shed that weight! So far I've been good on counting the amount of calories I'm intaking and burning more than that amount each day! The first week of doing this, I was able to lose 4lbs! Thanks to eating healthy salads and fulfilling veggies (no more cheese and proscuitto in my salads! Bell peppers! Cucumbers! Broccoli!
