why do truffles stink so bad??
I just bought myself and my mother a high-end truffle salt. It came in a gorgeous package and I was totally excited to use it....however, the smell of it is HORRIBLE. I mean, is reaks! Is this normal, and if so, how can I store it so my whole kitchen doesn't smell like grossness?
